Nathan is a lighting and projection designer of theatre, dance, opera, and concerts. He's worked in venues across the united states, as well as in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia. His designs have been seen at venues like the Kennedy Center, The Muny, The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Los Angeles Ballet, Broadway in Chicago, berkshire Theatre Festival, The Alabama Shakespeare Festival. He's also had the pleasure of designing for Mandy Patinkin, Patti Lupone, Selena Gomez, and Alice Cooper as well as working with companies like The CENTER THEATRE GROUP, NYC Ballet, San Francisco Opera, Paris Opera Ballet, Second Stage Theater, and The Atlantic Theatre Company.
He's recently designed for the Dancing with the Stars 2024 U.S. Tour. Nathan's 2024-2025 Theatrical season includes Bye Bye Birdie (Kennedy Center), Jersey Boys & Waitress (Broadway at Music Circus), Despertares (SouL arts Productions in Mexico City), Mandy Patinkin in Concert, Once (Rubicon Theatre), Cinderella (LA BALLET), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Alabama Shakespeare Festival).
Nathan has joined the School of Dramatic Arts at USC as an Adjunct Professor teaching lighting and projection design.
He received his B.F.A. from The PETER SARGENT Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University and was the 2012 Gilbert V. Hemsley, Jr. Intern in Lighting.
